I am a specialist in resilience, burnout, and stress in both job and personal life. I enable ambitious executives and businesses with lofty goals to foster long-term well-being, contentment, and peak productivity—and accomplish remarkable work free from worry and stress.
Prior to becoming an ICF-certified coach eight years ago, I led early-stage, rapidly expanding software companies for fifteen years and was a newlywed mother of two who was struggling to make ends meet. Despite everything I had achieved and had written down, I felt depressed, overwhelmed, ill all the time, and tired. So I ended my career in tech.
But now I’m thriving, and my mission is to help you do it too.
